4 EASY WAY TO TAKE YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE
1. Apply the arm cuff to your left upper arm.
2. Position the cuff an inch above your elbow and align the Omron display logo to face down toward your hand.
3. Turn on the Bluetooth of the smart devices (Blood Pressure Monitor & Phone), follow the set-up and pairing instructions.
4. Then, (take a nice deep breath and) press the START/STOP button to take your blood pressure measurement. As soon as your measurement is complete, your reading is automatically transferred to the App.
